The Romantic Ambiance Of Azzaro Fragrance
Azzaro perfume was earlier a side line for French fashion star Loris Azzaro, born in Tunisia. He set up his business of clothing in 1962. French society elite clamored for his glamorous party dresses. The look he perfected included daring cut outs and ornate beading. Having made a success of men’s and women’s fashion clothing and accessories, in 1975, Azzaro turned to perfume and released his key signature scent for women, which he named Couture. It is yet the most far-famed of his fragrances.
Azzaro Couture comes in a bottle wrought like a chandelier. The perfume matches the fashions that divine it. It hints of joy and special occasions. Mimosa flower is a component of the scent. There are also more traditional favorites such as rose de Mai and jasmine. A sensuous balance in the scent comes through the subtle hint of iris. For a ticklish wisp of pepper with a musky trail, Azzaro chose ambrette seed. The perfume is topped off with bergamot, sweet patchouli and galbanum grass.
Chrome is the signature perfume for men. It is described as joyful, stimulating and fresh. The ambiance is of fruit trees and moist grass fields. Azzaro used aquatic accords, a woods base for masculinity, along with spicy citrus. A ginger blend, green tea and Bergamot components complete the right feel and enhanced sensory intake.
With the popularity of these fragrances, Loris Azzaro became well known for the high fashion fragrances as much as for high fashion clothing design. Vetiver, Eau Bella and Onyx were launched with continued success and popularity of the perfumes and related products. Although Azzaro died in 2003, the fashion house continues under the head designer Vanessa Seward. The clothing fashion is still a force in couture, but the fragrances are the best known product of the house now.
Pure Vetiver for men was introduced in 2000. Vetiver, iris, cardamom and nutmeg give the blend a rich and spicy scent. It is suggested for casual use. Onyx is another fragrance for men. It is described as seductive yet tantalizing. A blend of musk, coriander, green apple, lime, cedarwood, cardamom and bergamot provides a refreshing choice of scent.
Visit for Women is a combination of fruity orientals with crisp edges. You can enjoy the amber, patchouli and cedarwood blends topped by rose, Indian jasmine, pink pepper and bitter orange leaves. The scent is mysterious yet spicy and intended for daytime wear.
Azzaro took much of his inspiration from the look and scents of his aboriginal Tunisia. The blue of the sky and sea and the scents of spices, flowers and perfumes. Blue was his favorite colour and he used it as ad starting point for the fashion and for the perfumes he created.
