Ear bleeding while taking shower?
I was scrubbing the part of my ear with soap while showering, inside where the inside of the helix and concha that inside part

I think I scrubbed the skin off. Now as I sit here typing it still feels stinging and burning should I just leave it to heal or should I treat it with something. I can’t see it but I can feel it hurting.

Yes you probably scrub ed too hard. if it is stinging then that is what it is. Please ask your mom to look at your ear and to tell yo if it is missing some skin.
The only way you could have a concussion is if you fell and hit your head not by scrubbing your ear.
‘Please don’t rush to a doctor.
If you get some polysporin ointment at the drug store it would help but just by leaving it to the air it will dry up in a couple of days and go away.
Good luck and don’t scrub so hard.
