How much baking soda do you think needs to be added to this homemade facial mask?
Baking soda – cleanses pores
I recently found a recipe for a homemade facial mask online that was written like this:
One mashed banana
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup of maple syrupÂ
3/4 cup of honey
it does not specify how much baking soda is needed for this mask. How much do you think??
I think you would be better off to use a cleanser (or soap) to clean the pores and use yoghurt (the sourer the better) rather than sour cream in the mask.
The yoghurt is sour because it has lactic acid in it. The lactic acid loosens the surface skin cells so they will easily fall off leaving younger smoother cells on the surface.
