Clear Remedy
What is a good homemade all natural remedy that will help me clear acne?
i need something that will help clear acne without having to buy products that may not work
1. Toothpaste- You use this only when you have maybe a couple pimples that are real oily and use it as if it were a spot treatment. Leave it on for maybe half an hour but not too long and don’t use too much because it may dry your face up too much.
2. Ice- Use for pimples that are swelled up.
3. Sugar and mild soap paste- Make a lather with the soap, the sugar, and a little water so that it makes a paste. Gently exfoliate in circles.
4. Washcloth (with sugar)- Run the washcloth under warm water, than gently exfoliate with sugar (optional).
Some tips for better skin:
1. Don’t wash your face too often or too hard because that will dry it out or irritate your skin. Two times a day is fine.
2. Always use a moisturizer. You may want to use one that is a sunscreen and make sure that is non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores.)
3. GET PLENTY OF SLEEP!
4. Drink lots of water.
